We drive our mission by being the connector between the HR communities we partner with and the non-profit organizations we serve.
We aim to support 10,000 underserved youth by 2032. We have currently supported: 3,000
Our mission is to partner with non-profit organizations to meet the needs of teenagers from low-income families and the Foster Care system. myTOD’s plan involves providing support and tools for the future – so they’re equipped not just for securing a job, but for life. We do this in the form of financial and career support, internship opportunities, training exposure, and professional skills development.
The HR GIVERS community was created to unite a powerful network of HR leaders who are passionate about making a difference. By bringing together industry expertise and shared purpose, we create opportunities for deeper impact and meaningful engagement. Whether you are an HR executive, a potential sponsor, or a non-profit partner, there are many ways to get involved and help shape the future of the next generation.

Our general events are open to HR GIVERS members and the greater HR community. Invitations to these events will be extended to those looking for an opportunity to get involved, connect, and learn more.

Join us to support the youth participants at Just in Time for Foster Youth to give them valuable feedback on their resumes and help improve their interviewing skills.
